2. Make the brownie: melt the butter and the chocolate until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

3. Add the eggs, the sugar and the flour, then mix until you obtain a homogeneous batter. Pour into a square, preferably buttered and floured (or lined with parchment).

4. Make the cookie dough: mix the flour with the sugar, the softened butter and the egg. Stir in the chocolate chips, then drop the dough onto the brownie batter.

5. Bake for 25 minutes so that the cookie is nicely golden and the brownie is fully cooked on the bottom.

Warning: this chocolate fusion cake disappears in just a few minutes

We recommend baking your brookie in a square or rectangular dish preferably so you can cut neat, generous square portions, like a classic brownie. Wait a little before unmolding, as it will harden slightly while cooling, which helps you avoid too many crumbs.

And our final indulgent tip: add a pinch of flaky sea salt right out of the oven. It will intensify the chocolate flavor and make the cake even more addictive! Send us your homemade creations!
