This cocktail, with warm notes of cider, rum, and spices, is perfect for the season. To be enjoyed in moderation, it is very easy to make at home!
Cider, Rum and Spices: a Drink with Comforting Aromas
Today’s recipe combines the sweetness of lemon with the intensity of rum and the warm scent of winter spices (cinnamon and star anise). You don’t need to be a cocktail pro to recreate it at home; it’s a beverage that will wow your guests for winter gatherings or to accompany crepes on Candlemas. Nicely garnished, this cocktail will impress your guests!
The drink of the day will charm you with its warm aromas, which you can soften by adding a little honey, for example. And of course, you can easily prepare an alcohol-free version. We suggest choosing an alcohol-free spiced spirit in place of the rum, replacing the cider with apple juice, and topping your mocktail with sparkling water instead of Prosecco. A way to toast with everyone without moderation!
