Ingredients:
– 10 Clementines
– 4 egg yolks
– 60 g sugar
– Juice of 2 or 3 Clementines
– Zest of one Clementine
– 200 g heavy cream
– 150 ml milk
– 25 g sugar for caramelization
Preparation:
