- 1 turkey (about 3 kg)
- 200 g chestnuts in a jar
- 100 g dried apricots
- 70 g butter
- salt, pepper
- 2 sprigs of rosemary

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Chop the dried apricots and chestnuts. Season the turkey with salt and pepper.

Generously brush the meat with softened butter, then stuff it with the apricots and chestnuts. Scatter with rosemary.
