– 120 g of softened butter
– 100 g of sugar
– 1 large egg
– 200 g of flour
– 1/2 sachet of baking powder
– 150 g of dark chocolate
– 1 pinch of salt

1. Cream the softened butter with the sugar until you obtain a creamy, smooth texture. Add the egg and mix well.

2. Incorporate the flour and baking powder and mix until you obtain a smooth dough. Then add 100 g of dark chocolate, chopped into large chunks.

3. Shape large balls of dough and insert a piece of chocolate inside. Place them on a baking sheet and flatten them slightly.

4. Bake for about 12 minutes at 180°C, then let cool on a rack before enjoying.
