- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 3 medium leeks
- 150 g goat cheese (log or fresh)
- 50 g walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml cream
- olive oil
- salt, pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Slice the leeks and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for about ten minutes. Salt and pepper.
