It’s (finally) the return of strawberries on market stalls! And what better than a delicious tiramisu to celebrate this spring arrival? Juicy, sweet, and indulgent, strawberries are undoubtedly among our favorite fruits. And since tiramisu is our beloved Italian dessert, it’s impossible not to succumb to this strawberry tiramisu! This fruit-forward creation is light, velvety, and generous, perfect for finishing a meal with family or friends.

Very easy and quick to prepare, we flavored our strawberry tiramisu with vanilla but nothing mandatory! You can replace the vanilla with mint, lemon or even basil, it’s an excellent flavor marriage. With this revisited dessert, it’s guaranteed to be a hit with both kids and grown-up gourmands. You will make it again throughout the strawberry season…

The ingredients to buy for a creamy and fragrant strawberry tiramisu for 6 people

– 250 g mascarpone
– 3 eggs
– 80 g sugar
– 1 vanilla bean (optional)
– 300 g fresh strawberries
– 1 pack of ladyfingers
– 10 cl orange juice

The indulgent strawberry and mascarpone tiramisu recipe explained in 5 simple steps

1. Separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs. Beat the yolks with the scraped vanilla bean and the sugar until the mixture whitens, then fold in softened mascarpone and mix the preparation until smooth and homogeneous.

2. Whip the whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the previous mixture. Set aside.

3. Dip the ladyfingers in the orange juice to soak them and place a layer in a dish. Cover with cream and add strawberries.

4. Repeat the operation: soaked biscuits, cream, and fresh strawberries. Finish with a final layer of cream and decorate with a few strawberries.

5. Chill for at least 3 hours.
