SHRIMP TARTARE WITH MANGO AND AVOCADO 🦐🥭🥑

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

– 200 g cooked and peeled pink shrimp
– 1 mango
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1 shallot
– A few sprigs of chives
– A few fresh mint leaves
– 2 limes
– Olive oil
– Spices: salt, pepper, chili or cumin
– Sesame seeds
– A few cilantro leaves

Preparation:

1. Cut the shrimp into small regular dice. Do the same with the mango.

2. Finely slice the shallot, the chives and the mint.

3. Mix the shrimp with the mango, the shallot and the fresh herbs, then drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and the juice of one lime. Let marinate in the fridge.

4. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork and season with the juice of the second lime and the spices. Mix well.

5. Place a ring in the center of a plate. Add a generous layer of avocado purée at the bottom and press down well. Add the mango shrimp tartare, then gently lift the ring.
