Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g flour
  • 80 g pecan nuts
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a square pan with butter and flour or with parchment paper.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth and glossy.

Add the sugar, eggs and flour to the melted chocolate and mix well until the batter is smooth. Stir in roughly chopped pecan nuts.

Pour into the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool before unmolding (the brownie should still be a little jiggly).
