Today, we take your taste buds on a trip to Italy with our ultra-gourmet and generously sized recipe featuring pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, Prosciutto, and burrata. Honestly, there is nothing to modify in this recipe, it is simply perfect and very easy to improvise for dinner. To make this recipe, follow the steps below :
PINSA IN ITALIAN STYLE 🇮🇹
Serves: 2
Ingredients :
– 1 pinsa
– 100 g tomato coulis
– 1 pinch oregano
– 1 pinch garlic powder
– 2 tbsp grated mozzarella
– 1 large burrata ball
– 6 thin slices Prosciutto (or raw ham)
– 6 to 8 sun-dried tomatoes
– 2 tsp pesto
– 1 handful arugula
– 1 tbsp pine nuts
– 1 drizzle of balsamic cream
– Salt, pepper
– Olive oil
Preparation :
1. Spread the tomato coulis over the pinsa. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder, then add the grated mozzarella.
2. Dot with pesto all over as well as the sun-dried tomatoes. Bake 8–10 minutes at 220°C.
3. On coming out of the oven, add the Prosciutto and place the burrata in the center. Open it slightly and sprinkle with arugula and toasted pine nuts.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic cream. Serve immediately!
