Ingredients for 4 servings
– 400 g of pasta of your choice
– 400 g ground meat
– 500 g tomato sauce
– 200 ml heavy cream
– 150 g grated cheese
– 1 onion
– Salt, pepper, olive oil

1. Cook the pasta until al dente.
2. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion with a little olive oil and add the meat, letting it brown. Pour in the tomato sauce and the cream, season and let simmer for a few minutes.
3. Mix the drained pasta with the sauce and pour into a baking dish. Cover with grated cheese.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. Serve hot!
