- 3 pears
- 120 g speculoos cookies
- 50 g melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Blend the speculoos until you obtain a powder.

Mix the yogurt with the eggs, the sugar and the melted butter. Incorporate the speculoos powder and the baking powder, mix well.

Add the peeled pears cut into dice. Pour into a lined mold.
