Pear and Speculoos Fondant Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 pears
  • 120 g speculoos cookies
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Blend the speculoos until you obtain a powder.
