- 250 g mascarpone
- 20 cl cold liquid cream
- 80 g sugar
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 20 cl cold coffee
- 150 g melted dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Whip the very cold liquid cream into stiff peaks until it is firm. Add the softened mascarpone, sugar and vanilla. Mix the mixture well.

Add the cooled melted chocolate and fold in gently.

Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the cold coffee and place them in a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap (covering the bottom and sides of the pan).
