Raspberry Spritz: Ultra-Fresh Aperitif Ready in 2 Minutes

The raspberry spritz is a fruity and elegant variation of the famous Italian cocktail. With its pink hue and delicately fruity aromas, it brings a refreshing touch that is perfect for an aperitif as the sunny days return. Easy to prepare, this Prosecco, liqueur, and raspberry cocktail delivers a sparkling and indulgent result. Ideal for a casual drink with friends or a festive evening, it appeals as much for its taste as for its aesthetics (but of course, to be enjoyed in moderation).

Fresh, sparkling and ultra-pretty: the perfect aperitif for the return of sunny days

If the traditional spritz has already delighted your palate, this fruity raspberry version will please you even more! Very easy and quick to prepare (less than 2 minutes per glass, we promise), you simply need to add a bit of raspberry syrup to your glass to obtain this cocktail that is fresh and sparkling, as beautiful as it is indulgent. To be enjoyed in moderation at your next happy hour, it celebrates the return of sunny days and outdoor convivial evenings. Consider decorating your cocktail with a few fresh raspberries and perhaps a touch of mint for even more freshness.

Our tip for a delicious and well-chilled cocktail is to freeze the raspberries that will serve as extra ice cubes for your drink! Irresistible. If you want a less sweet beverage, we recommend crushing two or three raspberries at the bottom of the glass before pouring the rest of the ingredients to tone down the overly sweet side of the syrup. A must-try at home without delay!
