To make this recipe, follow the steps below :
ROASTED BRIE WITH PEARS, WALNUTS AND HONEY 🧀🍐
For 6 servings
Ingredients :
– 1 brie (200 g)
– 1 pear of the Conference or Comice variety, ripe
– 4 to 5 walnut halves
– 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
– A few sprigs of fresh parsley
– Country bread or baguette for serving
Preparation :
1. Place the brie in a dish (ideally with a lid) sized to fit it. Score the cheese with a crosshatch pattern without cutting all the way through.
2. Slice the pear into thin slices and lay them over the brie. Add the roughly chopped walnuts and generously drizzle with honey.
3. Bake at 180°C until the cheese is very runny and the pears are caramelized (about 30 minutes).
4. When out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy immediately with toasted bread!
