No oven needed for an ultra-indulgent spring dessert that will surely please everyone at the table

When the weather is sunny and warm, you don’t really want to turn on the oven to make a indulgent dessert. So we opt for no-bake recipes, like this gorgeous and flavorful strawberry tiramisu! Seasonal, fresh, light, and very generous, it’s a dessert that pleases both kids and adult gourmands thanks to its simplicity and irresistible fruity flavors. If you don’t like speculoos too much, you can obviously choose other biscuits instead. Consider Petit Beurre or even Breton shortbread biscuits for even more pleasure at tasting. Otherwise, use ladyfingers as in the traditional tiramisu recipe and soak them in strawberry syrup to moisten them.

Don’t hesitate to flavor your mascarpone cream with vanilla bean seeds for an extra gourmet note. For more originality and freshness, choose lime zest, chopped basil, or mint in your egg and mascarpone preparation—it’s a true delight!
