To make this recipe, follow the steps below:
TARTIFLETTE-STYLE PINSA 🧀🐽
For 2 servings
Ingredients:
– 1 pinsa
– 2 tablespoons of thick crème fraîche
– 2 to 3 medium potatoes, already cooked
– 100 g smoked bacon lardons
– 1 yellow onion
– 1/2 reblochon
– 1 teaspoon of sugar
– A few sprigs of parsley
– Ground pepper
Preparation:
1. Sauté the lardons in a pan and set aside.
2. In the same pan, brown the sliced onion until nicely colored. Add the sugar to caramelize.
3. Spread the crème fraîche over the pinsa and pepper generously. Arrange the cooked potatoes, sliced into rounds, over the entire surface.
4. Add the lardons and onions, then lay the reblochon slices. Bake at 220°C for 10–12 minutes to melt the cheese.
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley as soon as it comes out of the oven and enjoy immediately.
