Energy bars with only 4 ingredients
For 8 bars
– 200 g rolled oats
– 100 g dark or milk chocolate
– 50 g maple syrup
– 50 g coconut oil

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil until you obtain a smooth and glossy texture.
3. Mix the oats with the maple syrup and the melted chocolate. Spread the mixture in a square pan lined with parchment paper (or on a tray).
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Cut into bars as soon as they come out of the oven, then let cool completely.
