ONE POT GOAT CHEESE ORZO RECIPE
Serves 2
Ingredients :
– 180 g of orzo
– 1 shallot or 1 small onion
– 2 medium carrots
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 60 cl hot vegetable stock
– 100 g of Fouetté Nature Soignon
– 100 g of baby spinach
– Salt, black pepper
– Lemon zest or basil leaves (optional)
Preparation :
1. In a sauté pan, heat the olive oil. Add the finely chopped shallot, the minced garlic and the carrots cut into thin sticks. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the vegetables become slightly tender.
2. Add the orzo and mix well. Pour in the hot stock while stirring regularly. Allow to cook for about fifteen minutes until the orzo is fully cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
3. Remove from heat, add the Fouetté Nature Soignon and stir gently so that it turns into a creamy sauce.
4. Stir in the spinach and serve with lemon zest or basil.
