GOAT CHEESE, HONEY, WALNUTS AND CURED HAM GRILLED CHEESE RECIPE
Serves 4
Ingredients:
– 8 slices of bread
– 1 knob of butter
– 1 log of Sainte-Maure Soignon goat cheese
– 4 slices of cured ham
– 1 drizzle of honey
– 4 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Preparation:
1. Lightly butter the bread slices and toast them in a skillet. Set aside half of the slices.
