COCONUT AND MASCARPONE FONDANT 🥥🤍

Serves 6

Ingredients :

– 100 g corn starch
– 180 g granulated sugar
– 650 ml milk
– 500 ml coconut milk
– 200 g mascarpone
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Preparation :

1. Mix the sugar and cornstarch in a large saucepan. Gradually pour in the milk and coconut milk, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.

2. Add the vanilla extract and let the mixture thicken over medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a dense texture.

3. Remove from heat, fold in the mascarpone and whisk vigorously to incorporate it into the mixture.

4. Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper, then let it cool before chilling for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).

5. Before serving, dust with shredded coconut.
