ROASTED BUTTERNUT TOASTS WITH CAMEMBERT RECIPE
Serves 6
Ingredients :
– 1 butternut
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– a drizzle of olive oil
– 1 Camembert
– 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
– a drizzle of honey
Preparation :
1. Cut the butternut into slices about 1 cm thick, and peel them if you wish.
2. Place the slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
3. Add slices of Camembert and a few crushed walnuts, then return to the oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
4. Before serving, drizzle with honey!
