- 200 g dark dessert chocolate
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 30 g butter
- 50 g crushed pistachios
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Preparation

Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a double boiler, stirring from time to time to keep the mixture smooth and glossy.
