Express Palmiers Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 20 g melted butter

Preparation

Roll out the puff pastry and brush it with the melted butter.

Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and vanilla, then sprinkle over the entire surface of the puff pastry.

Roll the dough from one side to the middle, pressing firmly, and do the same from the other side. Then cut into pieces about 5 mm thick and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them slightly apart.

(You can leave the roll in the freezer for a few minutes to make cutting easier.)

Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C so the puff pastry puffs up and browns nicely.
