If you want, you can add a little béchamel into the crepes for even more softness, but nothing is mandatory if you don’t have time to stay in the kitchen for too long.

Ingredients for a 4-serving gratin
– 8 crepes
– 4 slices of ham
– 100 g grated cheese
– 20 cl heavy cream

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Place half a slice of ham and a handful of grated cheese in each crepe. Roll the crepes and place them in a gratin dish.
3. Cover with heavy cream and sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
4. Bake for 20 minutes to grate the cheese. Enjoy while hot!
How to make crepes easily and quickly
This recipe makes you want to cook, but you don’t have crepes at home? No problem! You’ll only need a few ingredients to make a soft and indulgent crepe batter. Simply mix 250 g of flour with 3 eggs and 50 cl of milk. Once the batter is smooth and homogeneous, let it rest for about half an hour before cooking your crepes in a pan with a little butter for an irresistible result.
In this crepe batter recipe, we did not add sugar on purpose, but you can obviously flavor the batter as you see fit if you prefer to fill your crepes with chocolate spread or jam!
