- 3 pears
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 80 g salted butter
- 75 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a pan with parchment paper or grease it.

Melt the butter and chocolate until smooth and glossy. Let cool slightly.

Beat the eggs and sugar until pale. Pour in the melted chocolate, the flour and the baking powder.

When the batter is well homogeneous, fold in the chopped hazelnuts and the pears cut into chunks.

Pour into the pan and bake for 35 minutes. To check doneness, insert the blade of a knife in the center: it should come out dry.
