Original Raspberry Mojito Recipe – 5-Minute Fruity Cocktail

Easy and quick to improvise, the raspberry mojito is incredibly refreshing! Fruity, sparkling, and super fresh, this cocktail is a departure from the classic mojito to make you see life in pink.

How to transform a simple cocktail into an irresistible, fruity version that’s incredibly easy to make

Want to swap the traditional mojito for a more original, indulgent, and fruity drink? Then you’re in the right place! Here is a raspberry mojito, as simple and quick to prepare as the classic recipe. You’ll simply need to add fresh raspberries with the lemon, sugar, and mint and muddle everything until you obtain a “paste.” Note: we recommend adding the mint afterward and not crushing it too much so as not to release the mint’s natural bitterness but only its freshness.

For the garnish, echo with fresh raspberries and that’s it! You can of course make this recipe without the rum to enjoy a non-alcoholic drink. It’s a very refreshing, fruity and indulgent cocktail, perfect for a pre-dinner gathering with friends (though moderation is advised). And of course, many variations of the mojito can be imagined with strawberries, passion fruit, kiwi, mango… Fruits invite themselves into your cocktails!

To make this recipe, follow the steps below :

RASPBERRY MOJITO COCKTAIL 🩷

For 1 glass

Ingredients :

– 6 fresh raspberries + 2 or 3 more for decoration
– 10 fresh mint leaves
– 1/2 lime cut into quarters
– 2 tsp cane sugar OR 2 cl cane sugar syrup
– 6 cl white rum
– Sparkling water
– Crushed ice

Preparation :

1. Place the raspberries, lime quarters and the sugar in a large glass. Mash well with a muddler.

2. Add the mint leaves, then press gently with the muddler without crushing them to avoid releasing the mint’s bitterness.

3. Pour in the white rum, add crushed ice and top up with sparkling water. Stir gently with a spoon.

4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and whole fresh raspberries. Serve immediately !

Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health; drink in moderation.
