Potiflette is THE dish to make and remake this winter! This ultra-indulgent and convivial version will delight your guests’ palates, and it’s incredibly easy to make (promised).
To break away from traditional tartiflette, we thought to reinvent it in a… potimarron! Yes, this lighter version is simply exceptional. And to recreate it at home, nothing could be easier: we will hollow out a potimarron and fill it with a mixture of onion, bacon lardons, and reblochon. The result? Melt-in-your-mouth, gratinated and incredibly indulgent! It’s the perfect recipe for a convivial dinner among friends or family. If you love cheese dishes that are extra gooey, we can’t help but recommend the Mont d’Or-stuffed potimarron. A delight for the taste buds…
