Taste of Paris 2026: The Largest Food Lovers Festival Celebrating 10 Years at the Grand Palais, May 21–24, 2026

Note well the date in your calendars: from May 21 to 24, Taste of Paris will celebrate its 10th anniversary under the glass roof of the Grand Palais! An edition, once again, marked by indulgence for the greatest delight of our palates. Here’s what you need to know about this event dedicated to food lovers (and more)!

A note to lovers of all kinds of cuisine: the greatest culinary festival is returning to Paris from May 21 to 24 and it’s shaping up to be very indulgent! This edition marks Taste of Paris’s 10th anniversary, which thus celebrates its birthday under the Grand Palais’s nave. Yes indeed, nothing less.

For 4 days, the Grand Palais will be transformed into a temple of gastronomy with exceptional chefs, cooking classes, masterclasses, a market of producers and artisans, DJ sets and plenty of other surprises! The occasion for Taste of Paris to confirm more than ever its status as a must-attend on the culinary scene.

Taste of Paris 2026: an exceptional anniversary edition (and very tempting)

Taste of Paris does not intend to change the recipe for its success with this anniversary edition. Indeed, the festival’s concept remains the same, even after 10 years of existence. And if you newcomers are wondering what it is, it’s very simple: chefs leave their kitchens for a day (or more) and offer their signature dish in a “mini” format at accessible prices in a convivial and festive atmosphere! Enough to finally taste some dishes that have had us salivating for months without waiting months to sit at the table of the greatest names in French (and international) gastronomy.

For 4 days, the Grand Palais will welcome chefs from all horizons with an enticing lineup! Michelin-starred chefs, Top Chef contestants, new faces on the Paris food scene among others, Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (the best craftsmen of France)… In short, there will be plenty of star power at this 10th edition of Taste of Paris.

Stéphanie Le Quellec, Paul Pairet, Aurélien Cohen, Clotaire Poirier, Pierre and Cristina Chomet, Thierry Marx, Denny Imbroisi, Gilles and Nicolas Vérot, Pierre Sang Boyer, Mauro Colagreco, Juan Arbalaez… Impossible to name them all; we’ll post the full list right after! We don’t know about you, but we’re already salivating…

The Les Halles METRO x Tout le monde contre le cancer partnership renewed again this year

Since 2019, Taste of Paris has hosted a collegiate residency in partnership with Les Halles METRO and the association Tout le monde contre le cancer. All proceeds from sales are donated to the association to bring moments of joy to hospitalized children. A tasty treat and a good deed! This year, the residency will be led by chefs Alan Geaam, Yoni Saada, and Simone Zanoni. If that isn’t a crazy lineup, we don’t know what you need!

The FERRANDI Paris school will also be present again this year at Taste of Paris. This historic partnership plays a key role in the smooth running of the festival thanks to students who come to lend a hand to the restaurant brigades and to service the reception areas. And for the first time, Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet will take place under the Grand Palais’s nave to highlight the culinary talents that shine daily in this iconic capital store. We will therefore find on this stand Christophe Adam (L’Éclair de Génie), Ankur Chakraborty (The Crossing), Philippe Conticini (Maison Philippe Conticini), François Daubinet (Coutume), Maison Mavrommatis, and Yoni Saada (Bagnard).
