MACARONI BAKE WITH MONT D’OR CHEESE 💛
Serves 4
Ingredients :
– 500 g coquillettes (small shell pasta)
– 1 Mont d’Or (medium size)
– 1 onion
– 200 g smoked bacon lardons
– 700 ml hot chicken stock
– 200 ml heavy cream
– Pepper
– A few sprigs flat-leaf parsley
Preparation :
1. In a large ovenproof dish, pour in the uncooked coquillettes, the finely chopped onion, and the lardons.
2. Pour in the chicken stock and the cream, then mix well before placing the Mont d’Or (unwrapped) in the center.
3. Generously pepper and bake for 25 minutes at 190°C.
4. When the pasta is nicely cooked and the cheese melted, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving!
