3-Ingredient, 5-Minute Raspberry Donuts with Double Chocolate

White chocolate, milk chocolate, and raspberries: you won’t need anything more to satisfy your cravings!

We’ll show you how to make these raspberry donuts with two chocolates, a crunchy and fruity recipe ready in just 5 minutes.

The best snack in the world with only 3 ingredients

Whether it’s to accompany coffee at the end of a meal, to nibble during a movie in the evening, or to enjoy at snack time, we share our favorite sweet treat recipe: raspberry donuts with two chocolates. To recreate this recipe at home, you’ll only need 3 simple ingredients and 5 minutes of preparation. We start by melting the white chocolate and the milk chocolate separately until they are smooth and glossy.

Then, we grab our silicone donut mold and place beautiful raspberries at the bottom of the cavities. Finally, cover with melted white chocolate and milk chocolate, alternating the two layers. To avoid hollows, we recommend gently tapping the mold on your work surface to chase out air bubbles. A few minutes in the fridge to set everything, and all that’s left is to unmold carefully. The result is crisp, creamy, and fruity. An explosion of indulgence in every bite!

Fresh fruit + chocolate = best combo

Whether it’s for a more elaborate dessert or an easy and quick snack, chocolate and fruit are always a great flavor pairing! We try to choose fresh, seasonal fruit as much as possible, and of course you can vary the presentation: yesterday it was a chocolate bar, today it’s a donut, and tomorrow? We’ll see how you surprise us 😉
