Crisp textures, creaminess, freshness, and a lot of indulgence, this salad has it all for you! It’s perfect for a quick lunch without spending hours in the kitchen, and it stands out from classic recipes you’ve surely grown tired of. Here is how to prepare a wonderful crispy salad in no time!

Why the Crispy Salad Trend Is Here to Stay and Delight Us

You too have probably seen all those crispy salad videos: rice, quinoa, pasta… Everything crackles and you understand why everyone loves it! It’s perfect for using leftover pasta or rice, for example, but also because it brings a new texture that is simply irresistible in your salad. The principle is (almost) always the same: you mix the pasta (or the rice, up to you) with spices and a little olive oil, then bake or air-fry for about fifteen minutes so they are nicely browned and crispy. Then, you just have to mix them directly with your vegetables, your proteins, and your favorite sauce!

And our combo of the day will really leave you speechless. We start with a base of cucumber, radish, and tomato for freshness, then add grilled bacon for the smoky touch. For the sauce, this creamy yogurt, mustard, maple syrup, and fresh herbs recipe is just perfect to coat all the ingredients well! Honestly, we can’t do without this crispy pasta salad. We want to eat it every day, varying the toppings for even more pleasure!
