Insanely Delicious Nutella-Filled Brioche French Toast Rolls in Churro Style

Express snack on the horizon: rolled French toast with hazelnut spread churros-style?

Who doesn’t love French toast here? Nobody! At the same time, it’s so indulgent… So we decided to try to make this dessert/snack/breakfast even more generous and indulgent than it already is! To start, we flattened the brioche slices, then spread hazelnut spread on them. We rolled them into small spirals, then dipped them in a mixture of egg and milk and cooked everything in a skillet with butter for a nice golden, crispy exterior, melting and soft on the inside. Finally, the last step, and by no means the least, we roll our French toast in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon (a bit like churros after all) !

The result is absolutely amazing! We love this recipe for all its indulgent flavors and its varying textures. The final tip we can share with you is to enjoy this French toast while it’s still warm to melt with pleasure… Whether for a generous weekend breakfast, a convivial family snack, or to serve as dessert, it’s a recipe that will impress both kids and adults!

To make this recipe, follow the steps below:
