Serves: 1 glass
Ingredients :
– 1/2 mango
– 150 ml buttermilk or cultured milk
– 30 ml maple syrup
– Fresh mint
Preparation:
1. In a tall glass, mash a quarter of the mango with a muddler. Pour in the buttermilk and the maple syrup, then mix well.
2. Add the remaining mango cut into small cubes and finish with a small sprig of fresh mint.
