Avocado Carbonara: A Creamy, Quick 10-Minute Recipe You’ll Love

An Easy and Quick Avocado Carbonara to Improvise for Dinner

Avocado in a carbonara? A crime against the Italians but a terribly indulgent crime… If the traditional recipe contains only five ingredients (spaghetti, black pepper, guanciale, egg yolks and grated pecorino), not one more, not one less, our version today allows for some very tasty changes! We strongly recommend trying these avocado spaghetti carbonara, an extremely creamy dish perfect for a refined dinner and above all, ready in less than 10 minutes!

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the cream with avocado, egg yolks and parmesan. For the ideal texture, don’t hesitate to add a bit of the pasta cooking water to help bind the sauce. Next to it, grill the guanciale (or bacon) and mix everything together. It’s truly child’s play and it’s excellent! Your taste buds won’t know what hit them…
