Best Glazed Ribs Recipe for Perfectly Cooked, Ultra-Delicious

A complete, generous, and easy-to-make plate in a revolutionary oven—does that tempt you? Let our chef guide you through today’s recipe that will delight your palate, we promise!

A single oven for several different cookings

With our new Miele oven, you can really do everything! The proof is in these various preparations that are easy and quick to make. We start with a homemade bread scented with seeds worthy of a bakery thanks to the program “Let the dough rise” which ensures a perfect rise with controlled humidity, and the “HydraCook” cooking which gives a crusty crust and an inside that remains fluffy. You will see—you’ll start making all your breads with these very user-friendly functions.

We then move on to the dish: lacquered pork ribs accompanied by potatoes and vegetables. With the Miele oven, you can perform several preparations with different cookings, such as the “Combined Roasting” which blends convection heat and steam to guarantee juicy meat. The “Steam Cooking” for vegetables perfectly cooked and slightly crisp as we like, or the “Grill” function to lacquer and caramelize your pork ribs. It is now child’s play to prepare varied and indulgent plates for the whole family.

Finally, and not the least, all that remains is to start the “HydroClean” function which cleans the oven… by itself! Thanks to this system, the oven cavity is automatically cleaned with water and the dedicated cleaning product. The chore of cleaning after cooking is over. We don’t know for you, but we have completely embraced our new Miele oven!

LACQUERED RIBS, POTATOES & VEGETABLES

Serves 4

Ingredients :

For the ribs :
– 1.5 kg pork ribs
– 150 ml barbecue sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp smoked paprika

For the bread :
– 250 g whole wheat flour
– 250 g spelt flour
– 1/2 cube active dry yeast
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp salt
– 300 ml warm water
– 100 g seeds (sunflower, flax, millet…)

For the vegetables :
– 1 bunch green asparagus
– 200 g fresh peas
– A few sprigs fresh mint
– A drizzle of olive oil

For the side dish :
– 600 g potatoes
– 200 g sour cream
– 1 bunch chives

Preparation :

1. Prepare the bread dough by mixing all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous ball.

2. Place the dough in the Miele oven using the program “Let the dough rise” for a perfect rise.

3. Mix the barbecue sauce with the honey and paprika. Brush the pork ribs with this preparation.

4. Cut the potatoes into quarters and drizzle with olive oil and salt.

5. Bake the bread in HydraCook mode for a crispy crust and then set aside.

6. Bake the ribs and the potatoes using the automatic program “Combined Roasting“.

7. Place the asparagus and peas on a perforated tray. Bake them on another level using the “Steam Cooking” mode (100°C) for the last 5 minutes of the ribs’ cooking.

8. Prepare the sauce by mixing the sour cream and chopped chives.

9. Switch to the “Grill” mode for a few minutes to lacquer the ribs if necessary.

10. Run the “HydroClean” function once all cookings are finished: the oven cleans itself and you can sit down to table!
