How to Easily Create a Color Gradient in a Cocktail?

At that moment, magic happens and we reveal this beautiful color gradient reminiscent of a sunset!
It’s super fresh, sparkling, fruity, slightly sweet and very indulgent! Your guests will want seconds, and the advantage is that this non-alcoholic drink can be made in under 5 minutes (not counting the tea infusion time). MANDARIN AND HIBISCUS MOCKTAIL 🍹

Ingredients:
– 4 juicy mandarins
– 150 ml hibiscus tea, well steeped and cooled
– 150 ml sparkling water
– Ice cubes
Preparation:
1. Peel the mandarins and place them at the bottom of the glasses. Crush them with a muddler to extract all the juice.
2. Fill the glasses with ice, then pour in the very cold sparkling water first, followed by the hibiscus tea to create the color gradient.
3. Serve immediately without stirring to preserve the beautiful gradient!
