To make this recipe, follow the steps below:
ONE POT GYOZA 🥟
Serves 2
Ingredients :
– 1 package of gyoza (chicken or vegetable)
– 1 tbsp red curry paste
– 1 tbsp miso paste
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– 1 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 400 ml coconut milk
– juice of half a lime
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 knob of ginger
– 2 spring onions
– 1 pinch sesame seeds
– 1 drizzle of chili oil
Preparation :
1. In a gratin dish, mix the red curry, miso, peanut butter and tomato paste. Add the maple syrup, soy sauce and the lime juice.
2. Pour in the coconut milk and whisk well to obtain a creamy sauce. Grate the garlic and ginger and mix again.
3. Distribute the gyoza in the dish and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
4. On removing from the oven, sprinkle the chopped spring onions and sesame seeds, then finish with a drizzle of chili oil. Serve immediately!
