Craving a Real Italian Piadina? Discover Our New Favorite Spot

And if you still don’t know this Italian specialty, we’re going to make you want to run to discover it! Welcome to La Piadineria, the new temple of street food that finally arrives here for the greatest pleasure of your taste buds.

Originating from Emilia Romagna (a region in northern Italy), the piadina is THE best-kept secret of Italians for more than 600 years. It is a flatbread, cooked and filled on the spot for a soft and very flavorful result. This traditional specialty is highly appreciated by our neighbors and if you didn’t know it yet, it has finally arrived here! At La Piadineria, we prepare piadinas like in Italy to (re)discover again and again this monument of Italian street food. Promise, you will travel from the first bite.

La Piadineria, the brand that smells of dolce vita and indulgence

Still little known in France, the piadina is going to become your new favorite street-food recipe. At La Piadineria, we do everything by the book, starting with the dough, rolled out and cooked to order to guarantee you a richly generous and flavorful result. Then, the piadinas are filled on the spot to preserve all the freshness of the ingredients of Italian origin, of course! For the recipes, you’ll have the choice between the most traditional ones that smell of Italy or the more original ones to vary the pleasures. It really is piadina like in Italy, you can’t go wrong!

Our foodie picks? The Eccellenza without any doubt! It is everything we imagine when we think of Italy. Semi-dried tomatoes, raw ham, mozzarella di bufala AOP, olive oil and arugula. Simple but very indulgent flavors that transport us to Italy right away.

For freshness and indulgence, we recommend the Amalfi with smoked salmon, ricotta, avocado, lettuce and lemon-infused olive oil. Creamy, generous and wonderfully fresh, this piadina delighted our taste buds in a single bite! We had considered the Pistacchiosa with pistachio pesto, lettuce, burrata stracciatella and Bologna IGP mortadella, but that will be for next time.

And for vegetarians, rest assured, there are also options for you. We tested the rolled version of the piadina with the Avoveggie featuring avocado, obviously, veggie slices, tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise. Nothing to complain about, it was delicious!

But wait, that’s not all. La Piadineria even offers sweet recipes to end your trip to Italy without leaving France! Indulgence is endless here…
