ZUCCHINI TAGLIATELLE IN CREAM AND BURRATA 🤤

Ingredients :

– 2 medium zucchinis
– 100 g bacon lardons, plain or smoked
– 100 g thick cream
– 1 large burrata
– Salt, pepper

Preparation :

1. Wash the zucchinis and cut thin tagliatelle-like ribbons using a mandoline or a peeler. Sauté them in a skillet for a few minutes.

2. In another pan, fry the bacon lardons.

3. When the zucchinis have released their water, season with salt and pepper, add the thick cream and the lardons. Mix well.
