For the recipe, it’s nothing more complicated: mix all the ingredients, thicken over low heat, pour into a dish and let it set in the fridge. GRILLED MINI CUSTARDS 🍮

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients :

– 1 liter of milk
– 4 egg yolks + 1 yolk for the glaze
– 150 g of sugar
– 120 g of cornstarch

Preparation :

1. In a bowl, whisk the 4 egg yolks with the sugar, the cornstarch and the milk until the mixture is very smooth.

2. Pour into a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, so that the cream thickens (about 5 to 10 minutes).

3. Pour into a square dish and refrigerate for a few hours so that it sets firmly.

4. Unmold, then brush with the egg yolk to glaze. Cut into small squares, then cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes so they are nicely browned.
