To make this recipe, follow the steps below :

MOZZARELLA DATES SKEWERS 🤤

Serves 6 skewers

Ingredients :

– 42 plump Medjool-type dates
– 3 balls of mozzarella (or 2 large bags of mozzarella pearls)
– Olive oil
– 60 g shelled pistachios
– 1 small bunch of fresh basil
– Fleur de sel (sea salt)

Preparation :

1. Slit the dates in half without cutting them completely and remove the pit.

2. Cut the mozzarella into sticks the size of the dates, then insert a piece into each date.

3. Skewer 7 mozzarella-stuffed dates per skewer, then season with a pinch of fleur de sel. Place them in the airfryer basket and drizzle with a generous stream of olive oil. Cook at 190°C for 8 minutes.

4. When the dates are nicely caramelized and the cheese melted, sprinkle with crushed pistachios and freshly chopped basil. Enjoy immediately!
