Crispy and indulgent: the best tartlets of the moment
If you haven’t yet discovered Manchego, beware your taste buds! You might become hooked… This Spanish cheese pairs wonderfully with slices of pears in small sweet-savoury tartlets! This recipe brings together all the textures we love: the crispness of the puff pastry, the creaminess of the pears and cheese, the crunch of walnuts, and the silkiness of fig jam. In short, it’s an explosion of flavors with every bite!
If you don’t have jam on hand, you can drizzle a little honey, for example; it’s just as delicious! These tartlets are ideal for a dinner party aperitif or as a starter with a side salad of arugula, for instance. We bet you won’t be able to resist this indulgent pairing…
