TOMATO DIP SPECIAL APPETIZER 🍅😍

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

– 4 to 5 firm tomatoes
– 2 shallots
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 bunch of fresh basil
– 2 Tbsp olive oil
– 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 1 lemon (zest)
– 1 tsp red pepper flakes
– 30 g grated Parmesan
– Salt, pepper
– Crispy bread (baguette or country loaf)

Preparation :

1. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them into small, regular cubes. Place them in a bowl.

2. Add the shallots and the garlic finely chopped as well as the chopped basil.

3. Season with olive oil, vinegar, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust to your preferences.

4. Add the Parmesan and stir gently so as not to crush the tomatoes too much. Serve very cold with slices of crispy bread!
