Yes, you simply blend ice cubes with our instant coffee, sugar and cold water for a few minutes to obtain this beautiful airy and delicate foam.

Serves 2
Ingredients :
– 150 g ice cubes
– 15 g instant coffee
– 85 g white or brown sugar
– 120 ml cold water
– Cocoa powder
– Milk
Preparation :
1. In the bowl of a blender, pour the ice cubes, instant coffee, sugar and the cold water. Blend on high speed for several minutes until a foamy and smooth texture is achieved; the mixture should have doubled in volume.
2. Froth cold milk on the side.
3. Fill two glasses three-quarters full with the frothed milk, then delicately place the coffee foam on top. Finish by dusting with cocoa powder!
