Our tips for successfully making creamy chicken curry at home

If you want a really creamy curry, you need to follow a few rules during preparation. First, thoroughly rub the chicken pieces with the spices and olive oil so that the meat is infused with the blend. Next, sear the chicken over high heat, skin-side down, to render the fat. When the chicken is nicely browned and cooked through, set it aside, and in the same pan, prepare the sauce. Sauté the onion and garlic, then pour in the coconut milk and immediately lower the heat. Be sure to stir well to recover the cooking juices and let simmer a few minutes so the cream thickens.

You will see, these tips will truly help you achieve an ultra-creamy and flavorful recipe! Enjoy your meal 😋
