Savory Zucchini, Goat Cheese and Salmon Brownie 😍

Serves 4

Ingredients:

– 2 zucchini
– 8 eggs
– 1 salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into cubes
– 100 g goat cheese log cut into pieces
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon chopped dill
– 1 teaspoon crushed pink peppercorns
– 1 pinch freshly chopped chives

Preparation:

1. Rinse and then grate the zucchini. Squeeze them in a clean cloth to remove as much water as possible.

2. Pour the zucchini into a square mold lined with parchment paper. Add the salmon cubes and the pieces of goat cheese. Add the spices and the herbs (except the chives).

3. Beat the eggs in a bowl to make an omelette, then pour into the mold over the rest of the ingredients. Mix roughly to distribute the flavors well and then smooth the surface of the savory brownie.

4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle the fresh chives on top and enjoy warm or cold!
