– 400 g of pasta of choice
– 2 chicken fillets
– 2 zucchinis
– 200 ml crème fraîche
– 1 unwaxed yellow lemon (juice + zest)
– 1 garlic clove
– Grated Parmesan
– Olive oil
– Salt, pepper

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package directions.
Be sure to reserve a little cooking water before draining.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces and cook it in a skillet with the minced garlic and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the sliced zucchini and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
