5-Minute Bruschetta: Roasted Peaches, Prosciutto and Burrata

Peach + Ham = The Best Combo for an Express Bruschetta

If, like us, you love sweet-salty combinations, you surely know the one between peaches and cured ham! The sweet aroma of the summer’s best fruit pairs perfectly with the saltiness of cured ham. We add a beautiful creamy burrata, place it all on nicely toasted country bread, and it’s an explosion of flavors! Whether it’s for a convivial apéritif, a quick starter, or a grab-and-go lunch, this recipe is going to become a staple of your summer meals.

We like to roast the peaches for a few minutes to give them a slightly caramelized and melting texture, but it’s not mandatory if you’re really in a hurry. For freshness, a few basil leaves and that’s it. You can even zest a bit of lime for a zing; it’s a treat for the taste buds! Are you ready to fall for the best bruschetta of the moment? We’re totally hooked…
