The Dirty Martini Tartine for a Gourmet and Original Aperitif

Drink or toast? You no longer have to choose with this crunchy, flavor-packed recipe! If you love the Dirty Martini, here is an original tartine that is very easy to prepare. We start with a beautiful ricotta and parmesan cream for indulgence. Then we make a topping with green olives, gin and vermouth to echo the notes of the famous cocktail. We season and, above all, don’t forget the chives and lemon zest, which will bring all the freshness to the tasting!

This quick no-cook toast is ideal for a summer aperitif: your guests will love it. You can also serve it as a starter with a green salad on the side!

DIRTY MARTINI TOASTS 🍸🫒

Serves 2

Ingredients :

– 2 nice slices of rustic country bread
– 200 g ricotta
– 40 g grated Parmesan
– 100 g pitted green olives
– 2.5 tbsp olive brine (jar juice)
– 1 dash of gin
– 1 dash of dry vermouth
– 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
– 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
– 1 drizzle of olive oil
– Fresh basil
– Pinch of fleur de sel

Preparation :

1. Mix the ricotta with the grated Parmesan until a smooth cream is obtained.

2. Pour one third of the olives into a bowl and crush them with a fork. Add the rest of the olives (whole), the brine, the gin, the vermouth, the chives, the pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and the lemon zest. Mix well.

3. Toast the slices of bread in a toaster, oven, or skillet until they are nicely golden. Drizzle with olive oil.

4. Spread the ricotta cream on the slices of bread then add the olive mixture on top. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, basil leaves and a pinch of fleur de sel.

5. Serve immediately!
